Management and the Board of Directors, as well as other stakeholders, can rely on financial reporting that is compliant with legal requirements (Reg.-Nr. 502962).

Ordinary Audits

As your statutory auditors, we perform the ordinary audit in accordance with OR 727 of the Swiss Code of Obligations and deliver an audit opinion to the Annual General Meeting.

Limited Audits

As your statutory auditors, we carry out the limited audit of the annual financial statements. The scope of the audit can be extended as required.

Special Audits

We also perform the special audits prescribed by law, such as foundation audits, capital increases, capital reductions, mergers and special examinations.

Special Examinations

We are also happy to carry out tailor-made audits for you, in which we jointly determine specific audit procedures and we report our findings to you.
